Our Guarantee:
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Every gift arrangement we ship is
warranted to have the look and value represented on our site. If you or your
gift recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of the delivered
product or if it was damaged in transit, it will be replaced. In some cases,we
will offer a partial credit or full refund. If a full refund is demanded, we
may at our discretion, ask that the item be returned.
Returns: All
products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced or refunded if they
arrive damaged. (We reserve the right to have the gift inspected by the carrier.)
Due to the perishable nature of our gift selections, please do not return the
item. If the gift you received does not meet your expectations, please report
it within three (3) business days of receipt for a replacement or a complete
refund.
Claims for credit, due to
incorrect address information will not be honored. Furthermore, customers will
incur any additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections.

Late-Delivery: A
limited guarantee is implied for all 2-day and overnight shipments. If the parcel
carrier fails to deliver your package on the requested day, your shipping charges
will be refunded. Our refund policy does not cover:
Acts of God (includes weather),
An act of war
Ground shipments (arrival dates are estimated)
High seasonal shipping volume (such as Christmas)
Substitutions: We
offer a wide variety of fresh and seasonal products. At times, Mother Nature
can be unpredictable. If due to crop failure or poor weather conditions a particular
flower, plant, or color choice is not available, we reserve the right to substitute
with another fresh selection of equal or greater value. At times, certain gift
basket components may become unavailable or discontinued. As with fresh products,
we reserve the right to make substitutions with items of equal or greater value.
Shipping Policy: We offer numerous shipping options.
UPS Ground
Over-night
Second Day Air
Express 2-3 day
Currently, gift baskets are the only items that can be shipped UPS Ground or
Express. Arrival dates for ground shipping are estimated and depending upon
the destination will vary between 2-5 business days. Weekends and Holidays are
not counted when determining the number of days in transit. If a specific arrival
date is required, we suggest either overnight or 2-day. To insure freshness,
cut flowers must be shipped Over-night. A special reduced rate for all fresh
flower shipments is offered. All other gift selections are shipped Second Day
or Over-night.
Orders placed by 11:30AM
EST are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 11:30AM EST are shipped
the next business day. For example, if you place an order after 11:30AM on Friday,
that order would not ship until the following Monday. We also have many items available for "Gift Emergencies" that will ship or deliver the same day if the order is placed by 1PM EST M-F excluding holidays. If you have questions about shipping, please call us toll free 866-989-GIFT.

Also, state agricultural restrictions in Arizona and California prevent shipping
certain plant material.
Hospitals:
We ship some items via UPS to hospitals. However,
we recommend that you send the gift to home address and a family member brings
the gift to the hospital whenever possible. For
those items available for shipping to Hospitals the following policy applies.
For delivery to hospitals, please contact the hospital to get the address for
the delivery. We would need room number, Hospital name, and physical address
for UPS deliveries. If a gift has not been delivered or the mail room fails
to deliver the gift before the patient is discharged, the hospital may return
the gift to Sugarplum Gifts. If a gift is returned by a hospital, the customer
will be contacted for a forwarding address. If the customer requestes a refund
for hospital returns, the cost of the shipping will not be refunded.
Delayed Shipping: You may specify a future date for shipping
in the comments section of the order so preordered gifts can arrive when you
want them to!
Expedited Service:
For emergency expedited service, please call 866-989-GIFT and your order may
be rushed for a $20.00 fee.
Hand Delivery Policies
Some Items are available for hand
delivery in the Austin Texas metropolitan area, including Austin, Round Rock,
Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander, Jollyville and Pflugerville. Items available
for hand delivery will have a hand delivery option in the shipping options drop
down box.
Hospitals: We offer
hand delivery on some items to hospitals located in Austin, Round Rock and Georgetown
Texas. Orders placed by 11:30AM EST are delivered the same day. Orders placed
after 11:30AM EST are delivered the next business day. For rush hand delivery
